The factory
One operation launches a new coin every ~2.5 minutes with exactly 85.005 SOL. It buys the whole curve, keeps ~79% of the supply, and the coin graduates right away with ~$200k in liquidity. In the first hour — are up and only — crash — so it looks like the best coin of the day. But the dev still owns ~79% and can sell at any moment. In our one 2-hour check (Sep 8), 13 of 25 went to zero. We now track each one for 4 hours and will post the result here. RUGDOG labels these BAIT.

- Supply
- 1,000,000,000 $RUGDOG, fixed. Mint and freeze are turned off by pump.fun.
- Curve
- About 79.3% of the supply is sold on the bonding curve; about 20.7% goes into the pool at graduation (measured on hundreds of launches: 793.1M / 206.9M).
- Graduation
- After ~85 SOL of buys, the coin moves to PumpSwap. The liquidity (LP) is burned, so nobody can pull it.
- Creator
- Everything the creator wallet did, in order: bought 0.9877 SOL = 3.42% in the creation transaction (tx), then bought 3.99% more on the open curve like anyone else, then burned 11,111,111 tokens — 1.11% of the supply (tx) by sending them to the incinerator, where nobody has the key. Net position right now: 6.30%. There is no team allocation — on pump.fun there cannot be one. Creator wallet:

- Off. It was never turned on — you can check the creation transaction. Mayhem can increase the supply, and our own sniffer marks it as a red flag; 35.6% of the launches our lab watched had it on.
- Creator fee
- 0.30% of every trade on the curve (out of 1.25% total fees). After graduation it depends on the coin’s market cap: 0.30% up to 420 SOL, then 0.95% from 420 to 1,470 SOL, and from there it steps down with every jump in market cap, reaching 0.05% above ~98,000 SOL (pump.fun docs, read again Sep 12, 2026 — the schedule itself is dated May 20, 2026).

One thing did not go as we wrote it here, so we are writing it down instead of editing it away. Before launch this page announced two wallets: 4R2Cf… as the dev and F4XcZ… as ops. The coin was created by F4XcZ…, the ops one. The 4R2Cf… wallet never touched the launch and holds nothing. The amount bought is the one we promised — 0.9877 SOL, 3.4% — and both wallets belong to the same person. Check both on Solscan; that is the point of publishing them.
Creator fee: it goes to the wallet that created the coin, F4XcZ…, and pays for servers, data and the bot.
